How much does fascia and soffit cleaning cost?
Priced per property based on eave length, storeys and condition. Book a free on-site quote for a firm written price. Included at no extra cost when booked with a roof clean.
Do you use ladders or a water-fed pole?
Water-fed pole from ground level for domestic properties, safer for the fascia, safer for us, faster and cleaner. Ladders and MEWPs used only where genuinely required.
Will cleaning damage the UPVC?
No, soft brush head, pure water rinse, no abrasives or bleach-based chemistry. UPVC comes back to a bright finish without scoring the surface.
How long does it take?
Most domestic properties are a same-day or half-day job. Larger properties and commercial work is scheduled individually.
Can you clean gutters and downpipes too?
Yes, gutter faces, downpipes and painted rainwater goods all cleaned in the same visit. Full gutter clear-out is included when this is booked alongside a roof clean.
Why do the streaks keep coming back?
Usually a leaking gutter joint, hopper crack or blocked downpipe channelling water down the fascia. Cleaning fixes the visible problem, fixing the water source stops it recurring. We'll be honest at inspection about which is at play.
Do you clean tinted (ivory, oak, anthracite) UPVC?
Yes, same method, careful chemistry choice to avoid discolouring. Tinted UPVC is more sensitive to bleach-based cleaners so we use appropriate alternatives.
Can you clean painted timber fascias?
Yes if the paint film is sound. If the paint is flaking or blistering, cleaning will highlight that, we'll advise whether a clean or a repaint is the right call.
How often should fascias be cleaned?
Every 2–3 years for most Dorset homes. North-facing or tree-shaded properties benefit from annual cleans; south-facing homes can stretch longer.
How quickly can you book me in?
Adam replies within 30 minutes during contact hours. Fascia cleans are usually scheduled within 1–2 weeks depending on weather.
